점잘보는곳 용화암에서 이직 고민 해결

직장인이라면 누구나 한 번쯤
지금 하는 일이 괜찮은지 혹은
이직에 대해서 고민해 본 적이
있을 것 같은데요.
저 역시 지금 다니고 있는 회사를
계속 다녀도 될지 아니면 새로운
길을 찾아야 할지 고민이 많았어요.
주변 지인들에게 조언도 들어보고
친구들에게 상담도 해봤는데
쉽게 결정 내리기가 어렵더라고요.
결국 답답한 마음을 참지 못하고
일산에 점잘보는곳 용화암을 찾아갔어요.
주변에 아는 곳도 없고 점 보러
다니는 사람들도 없어서 저도
인터넷으로 검색하다가 알게 된
곳인데 한국무속 신문사가 선정한
모범 무속인이 있다더라고요.
실제로 다녀온 후기도 많았고
신문사가 선정한 곳이라고 하니
신뢰가 가서 예약하고 방문했어요.
드라마에서 보기만 했지 실제로
와본 건 처음이라 조금 긴장했는데
생각보다 무섭지 않더라고요.
조용하고 차분한 분위기였어요.
오는데 힘들지는 않았는지 춥지는
않은지 여쭤보시고는 어떤 고민으로
여기까지 왔냐고 물어보셔서 그동안
걱정했던 것들을 털어놨어요.
벌써 회사를 다닌 지 5년 차인데
처음과 다르게 반복되는 업무에
권태감도 들고 과연 내가 여기서
얼마나 더 성장할 수 있을지
고민이 커지기 시작했어요.
승진 기회도 많지 않았고
연봉 인상도 기대하기에는
어려운 상황이라서 이직하고
싶은 마음이 들더라고요.
회사 내부 분위기도 예전 같지 않고
하나 둘 떠나가는 동료들을 보니
이대로 괜찮을까?라는 생각이
끊임없이 들었어요.
하지만 이런 고민과 동시에
새로운 곳으로 괜히 옮겼다가
후회하는 건 아닐까?라는
불안감이 생기더라고요.
그래서 쉽게 결정하지 못하고
끙끙 고민만 하다가 점잘보는곳을
찾아왔다고 문제를 해결하고 싶다고
말씀드렸죠.
선생님께서는 제 고민을 듣고는
직장 문제로 많이 힘들었겠다고
하시며 잘 찾아왔다고 하셨어요.
제 사주를 토대로 신점을 보면서
직장에서 겪고 있는 어려움이
지금 흐름상 맞지 않아서
그렇다고 하더라고요.
특히 제 사주의 흐름을 보면
올해가 변화의 시기라고 하면서
이동할 거면 6월 이내에 변화를
시도하는 것이 좋다고 했어요.
하지만 무작정 이직을 하기보다는
충분한 준비를 한 후에 적절한
시기를 노리라고 강조하셨어요.
제가 고민했던 부분들을 정확하게
짚어주시면서 현재 회사에서는
제한적이기 때문에 오래 머무를
경우 더 큰 답답함을 느낄 것
같다고 하더라고요.
이야기를 해보니 마음이 더
알쏭달쏭 해졌지만 그래도
한 가지 답답함은 사라졌어요.
제가 어떤 일을 했을 때
더 큰 시너지가 일으킬 수
있다며 사람을 많이 만나면서
창의성을 발휘하라고 하셨어요.
안 그래도 제가 고민하던 부분인데
딱 짚어주시니 점잘보는곳
제대로 찾아왔다 싶었어요.
지금 하는 일도 좋지만 제가 좀 더
성장하기 위해서는 새로운 직무를
추가해야 할 것 같다는 생각을
했었는데 딱 얘기해 주더라고요.
지금부터 적극적으로 움직이되
절대 무리한 선택은 하지 말라고
조언해 주시면서 올 하반기에
기운이 좋으니 이력서와 면접
준비를 미리 해두라고 했어요.
확실하게 결론을 내리지 못했지만
이직에 대해서 긍정적으로 답변을
듣고 나니 마음이 훨씬 편해졌어요.
무엇보다 제가 무엇을 원하는지
더 깊이 생각해 보는 계기가
되었다고나 할까?
신점을 보고 나니 제가 어디로
가야 하는지 방향이 잡혔어요.
여기 점잘보는곳에서 점을 봤다고
당장 해결책이 나오는 건 아니지만
심리적으로 위안도 되었고
조언을 들으며 갈피를 잡고 나니
이직에 대한 고민이 해결되면서
오길 잘했다 생각이 들더라고요.
실제로 제가 가고 싶었던 곳이
상반기 채용공고를 올려서
이건 기회다 싶었어요.
말씀을 듣고 준비해둔 이력서를
좀 더 탄탄하게 수정해서
제출했는데 1차 합격했습니다!
고민이 깊어질 때 아니면
혼자서 답을 찾기 어려울 때
문제를 해결하고 싶을 때
한번 점잘보는곳을 찾는 것도
좋은 방법일 것 같아요.
직접 경험해 보니 현실적인 조언을
해주는 곳이라는 느낌을 받았고
저처럼 진로와 직장 문제로
고민하는 사람들에게는 도움이
될 수 있는 곳이라는 생각이 들어요.
이직하겠다고 마음도 먹었고
원하는 회사에 1차도 합격했으니
더 열심히 그리고 더 탄탄하게
준비해서 최종 합격까지
